HiStalker is a social media application designed for chat and
content sharing among consenting users.
This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the
collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use
the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law
protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By
using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of
information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings
defined under the following conditions. The following definitions
shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in
singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
• Account: means a unique account created for You to access
our Service or parts of our Service.
• Affiliate: means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is
under common control with a party, where "control" means
ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or
other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or
other managing authority.
• Application: refers to HiStalker, the software program
provided by the Company.
• Firebase Services: The Application uses Firebase services
provided by Google LLC for authentication, database storage,
analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase may collect device
identifiers, usage data, and diagnostic information to support

• Company: (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or
"Our" in this Agreement) refers to HISTALKER LLC, 800 N

• Country: refers to: Delaware, United States
• Device: means any device that can access the Service such
as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data: is any information that relates to an identified
or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider: means any natural or legal person who
processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to
third-party companies or individuals employed by the
Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on
behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the
Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service
is used.
• Usage Data: refers to data collected automatically, either
generated by the use of the Service or from the Service
infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You: means the individual accessing or using the Service, or
the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such
individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with
certain personally identifiable information that can be used to
contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may
include, but is not limited to:
• Email address
• First name and last name
• Usage Data
Third-Party Authentication
When You choose to sign in using a third-party account such as
Google, We may collect certain information from that account,
including Your name, email address, and profile picture (if
available). This information is provided to Us by Google according
to their privacy policy and authorization process.
We use this information solely to create and manage Your account
within the Application, authenticate Your identity, and allow You to
access the Service securely.
You can manage or revoke the connection between Your Google
account and our Service at any time through Your Google account
settings.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet
Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version,
the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your
visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and
other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We
may collect certain information automatically, including, but not
limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's
unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile
operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use,
unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever
You visit Our Service or when You access the Service by or through
a mobile device.
Messages and User Content
Our Service allows You to send text messages, images, and other
content to other users. These communications are transmitted
securely but are not end-to-end encrypted. This means that
message data is protected during transmission but may be
temporarily stored on our secure servers for delivery and
synchronization purposes.
We do not access, monitor, or use the content of private messages
for advertising, analytics, or profiling purposes. Message data is
automatically deleted when a user deletes the conversation or
account, or after a retention period necessary to ensure the proper
operation of the Service.
Public posts, comments, or other shared content may be visible to
other users depending on the Application’s design and Your
privacy settings.
Message Security
All message data is transmitted securely using HTTPS and stored
temporarily on Firebase servers with restricted access. However,
end-to-end encryption is not implemented. Messages are
protected in transit and at rest but may be temporarily retained for
delivery, synchronization, or troubleshooting purposes.
This applies to all private messages, media files, and other
transmitted user content within the HiStalker Application.
User-Generated Content
Users may create a profile and upload a profile picture within the
Application. This information is visible to other users according to
the visibility settings You select.
You may update or delete Your profile information, including profile
photos, at any time through Your account settings. Deleted profile
data will be permanently removed from our systems within a
reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
In general, deleted profile information and messages are
permanently removed from our systems within 30 days unless
retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes
(such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution).
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor
the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account, to manage Your registration as a
user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give
You access to different functionalities of the Service that are
available to You as a registered user.
• For the performance of a contract: the development,
compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the
products, items or services You have purchased or of any
other contract with Us through the Service.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls,
SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication,
such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding
updates or informative communications related to the
functionalities, products or contracted services, including the
security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their
implementation.
• To provide You: with news, special offers, and general
information about other goods, services and events which We
offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased
or inquired about unless You have opted not to receive such
information.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your
requests to Us.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to
evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring,
reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or
all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of
bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which
Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among
the assets transferred.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other
purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends,
determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns
and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services,
marketing and your experience.We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
• With Service Providers: We may share Your personal
information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the
use of our Service, to contact You.

personal information in connection with, or during
negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets,

• With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our
affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor

Device Permissions
The Application may request access to certain features of Your
device to ensure full functionality:
• Notifications: to alert You of new messages, friend
requests, or activity within the Application.• Storage access: to allow You to upload and display
profile photos.
The Application does not access or use Your camera, microphone,
or location data.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through
Your device’s settings.
Analytics and Tracking Technologies
We use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics to
monitor and analyze the use of our Service. These tools help Us
understand user behavior, improve the Application’s performance,
and enhance user experience.
Google Analytics may collect information such as Your device type,
operating system, browser information, IP address, and usage
patterns within the Application. This data is processed in
accordance with Google’s own privacy policy, which You can
review at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We also use Firebase Analytics, a Google service that provides
anonymized usage data to help improve app stability and user
experience. Firebase Analytics may collect device identifiers,
events, and interaction data. This information is processed in
accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not use analytics tools to personally identify users. All
collected data is aggregated and used solely for statistical and
operational purposes.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by adjusting your
browser settings or using the Google Analytics opt-out tool.
Email Communications
We may send You emails regarding updates, new features,
promotional offers, or important information related to the Service.
You will receive such emails only if You have provided Your consent
or opted in to receive communications from Us.
You can manage Your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time
by following the instructions included in each email or by
contacting Us directly at contact@histalker.app.
We use third-party email service providers to send and manage
these communications, and such providers are obligated to protect
Your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Advertising
We may display advertisements within the Application. These ads
may be served by Us or by third-party ad networks such as Google
AdMob or similar services.
We use Google AdMob to serve ads within the Application. AdMob
may collect advertising identifiers, IP address, and general location
data to provide contextual or personalized ads. Users in the
European Economic Area (EEA) will be shown a consent dialog in
compliance with the EU User Consent Policy. More information:

These advertising partners may collect information such as Your
device ID, IP address, general location, or interaction data to
provide personalized or contextual advertisements that are more
relevant to You. This data collection and processing are governed
by the respective privacy policies of those third-party providers.
You can manage or limit ad personalization through Your device
settings or by visiting https://adssettings.google.com/.
We do not control the data practices of third-party advertisers and
encourage You to review their privacy policies for more information.
Remarketing and Behavioral Advertising
We use remarketing services to advertise our business on third-
party websites or applications after You have visited or interacted
with our Service. This allows Us to show You relevant ads and
improve our marketing effectiveness.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, device
identifiers, or similar tracking technologies to serve these ads
based on Your previous visits to our Service.
You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies for advertising by

We do not have control over third-party tracking technologies used
for remarketing purposes. You are encouraged to review the

Payments and Transactions
We may provide paid products or services within the Application. In
that case, We use third-party services for payment processing
(e.g., payment processors).
We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That
information is provided directly to Our third-party payment
processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by
their own Privacy Policies. These payment processors adhere to
the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security
Standards Council, which helps ensure the secure handling of
payment information.
We may receive limited information from the payment processor
such as transaction status, amount, or confirmation details to verify
and complete Your purchase.
