Community Guidelines

Welcome to HiStalker! HiStalker is designed to help you meet new people nearby. To keep this

community fun and safe for everyone, we ask you to follow these simple guidelines. By using the

app, you agree to play by these rules.

1. Be Respectful

• No Harassment or Bullying: We do not tolerate bullying, stalking, or harassment. If

someone asks you to stop messaging them, respect their boundaries.

• No Hate Speech: Racism, sexism, and discrimination have no place here. Treat everyone

with dignity.

2. Keep It Clean (No Nudity)

• Profile Photos & Media: Do not upload photos containing nudity, sexual acts, or

pornography. This applies to your Profile Picture and any images sent in Direct Messages.

• Zero Tolerance: Accounts sharing explicit sexual content will be banned immediately.

3. Be Authentic

• Real Age (18+): HiStalker is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years or older.

Misrepresenting your age will result in a permanent ban.

• No Impersonation: Do not pretend to be someone else (e.g., a celebrity or another user).

• Nickname Policy: Choose your nickname wisely. To prevent confusion and spam, our

system limits nickname changes to once every 24 hours.

4. Safety First

• Protect Your Privacy: While we use your location to find matches within 1000 km, never

post your exact home address, financial information, or phone number in your public Bio.

• Report & Block: If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the Block feature immediately.

This will cut off all contact. If someone violates our rules, please use the in-app Report feature to submit a report directly from the app. You may also contact us at contact@histalker.app if needed. Reports help us review behavior and take appropriate action.

5. Chat Etiquette

• No Spam: Do not send repetitive messages or unsolicited advertisements to other users.

• Consent: Remember that HiStalker is a space for consenting users. Mutual respect is the

foundation of every chat.

Consequences: Violating these guidelines results in action. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

1. Remove your content (Bio/Photos).

2. Issue a formal warning.

3. Permanently delete your account.

Note: When an account is deleted for violations, all your data is permanently wiped from our

servers and cannot be recovered.
